Feely

Privacy Policy

Effective 2 October 2026

Feely is a mood journal for iPhone, made by Tomas Vopat. It keeps your entries on your phone. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.

What stays on your phone

Everything you record — scores, tags, notes, settings and your check-in history — is stored only on your iPhone, inside the app. We never receive it.

Apple Health (optional, off by default)

If you turn on Apple Health sync, Feely writes each entry's score to the Health app as a State of Mind sample. Only the score and time are written — never your tags or notes. Feely does not read any data from Health.

Once in Health, that data is managed by Apple's Health app and its settings, including whether Health syncs it to iCloud. Turning sync off stops new writes; you can delete what was written in the Health app. Feely never uses Health data for advertising or shares it with anyone.

What we receive: feedback you choose to send

The only information that ever leaves the app for us is a message you write and send from Settings → Feedback. Nothing is sent until you tap Send. With your message we receive:

This is sent through Web3Forms, a form service that forwards it to us by email. It isn't linked to any account or identifier, and we use it only to read your feedback and fix problems. We keep these emails as long as they're useful for that, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. Please don't include sensitive personal details in a message.

Deleting your data

Children

Feely is not directed at children under 13 and doesn't knowingly collect information from them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU GDPR), you can ask what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. In practice, the only data we hold is feedback you sent. Contact us using the address below.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the effective date above. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
