Feely check-in screen: a feeling score slider set to 8, tags and a note

What it does

  • Daily mood check-in in seconds.

One slider from 0 to 10, a few tags, an optional note.
  • See your mood patterns.

Trends by day, week or month, and which tags come up most.
  • A weekly or monthly summary, generated on your iPhone.

By Apple's on-device model, from your own entries. Needs Apple Intelligence and the app in English.
  • Your mood in Apple Health, if you want it.

Saves each score as State of Mind. Never your tags or notes.
  • Your data, your control.

Export any date range as CSV for Numbers or Excel, or save a JSON backup to move everything to a new iPhone.

iPhone, iOS 15 or later. Feely is a personal journal, not a medical device.

Your privacy

  • Your entries stay on your iPhone. Scores, tags, notes and settings are stored only in the app. There's no account, no server, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.
  • The AI summary runs on your iPhone. Apple's on-device model writes it. Your notes aren't sent to us or to any cloud.
  • Only two things can leave, and only if you choose. A message you send from Settings → Feedback, with the app version, device model, iOS version and language. And, if you turn on Apple Health sync, each score and its time, written to the Health app. Never your tags or notes.
  • Backups are yours. Feely is part of your normal iCloud device backup, which we can't read.
